What qualification is required to be able to produce a formal refurbishment and demolition (R & D) asbestos survey?

To be able to produce survey reports, a qualification such as the BOHS P402 Surveying and Sampling Strategies of Asbestos in Buildings, or the RSPH Level 3 Award in Asbestos Surveying is required.
