I have lost my UKATA training certificate

Certificates of training are produced by the UKATA Member and ultimately, they are the Data Controller for your personal data. Therefore, you must contact the UKATA Member who provided the training to you in order to obtain your certificate. Please note, proof of identity may be required for the UKATA Member to deal with your enquiry. If you are unsure which UKATA Member provided you with the training, please check previous emails or correspondence to find details of your original course booking.
