Will UKATA provide members or new applicants with training presentations?

It is important that UKATA members write their own training materials for a few reasons.

First and foremost, it ensures that the materials are tailored to their specific needs and requirements, which can vary depending on the industry and nature of the work being carried out. By developing their own materials, members can ensure that their training is relevant, effective and engaging for their staff.

Secondly, by writing their own training materials, members take ownership of their training programs, which can increase their engagement and motivation. They are more likely to feel invested in their training programs and to take pride in the work that they are doing.

Finally, it is not UKATA's core function to provide training materials for its members. UKATA is a member-led association that provides support and guidance to its members. Its focus is on promoting the highest standards of training and providing guidance to its members to achieve these standards. By encouraging members to develop their own materials, UKATA is promoting ownership and pride in training programs, while also ensuring that training is of a high quality and meets the necessary standards.
