What is the difference between a standard licence, maintenance and scaffoling licence

A standard license is for asbestos removal work for high risk materials. Maintenance is for the maintenance of equipment and plant and scaffolding is for scaffolders when erecting scaffolding which may disturb asbestos containing materials.
